DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Home Sweet Farm Home sells digital products, including downloadable cookbooks, recipes, planning resources, and related materials.

No physical product will be shipped unless specifically stated at the time of purchase.

After completing your purchase, you will receive access to your digital product through a download page and/or email. You are responsible for downloading and saving a copy of your purchased materials for your personal records.

PERSONAL-USE LICENSE

Additional copies or licenses may be purchased separately where applicable.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content contained in Home Sweet Farm Home digital products, including recipes, written content, photographs, graphics, layouts, worksheets, branding, and other original materials, is owned by Home Sweet Farm Home or used with permission.

All rights are reserved except for the limited personal-use license expressly granted above.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to the purchaser.

PAYMENTS

By completing a purchase, you authorize the payment processor used at checkout to charge the payment method you provide for the amount displayed at the time of purchase.

Prices may change at any time for future purchases.

Any applicable sales tax will be collected as required by law.

REFUND POLICY
